My standard rate is $110 for an hour-long session.

I am not able to accept insurance at this time.

If somatic therapy with me feels resonant for you, but $110 a session will not work, I would love for you to send me an email or fill out the contact form and we can talk about what financial investment does work for you.

I do not want money to be the reason we do not connect.

Reciprocity

Many of us have not been given many opportunities to sense into true reciprocity in our lives. I want this somatic practice to be a place where we can start to play and experiment with what it actually looks and feels like in our bodies to be in a relationship with one another built on reciprocity, not extraction.
